3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Class Booking and Attendance Policy

Booking Procedures:

• Members may book up to 7 days in advance
• Drop-in classes are subject to availability
• All class bookings are subject to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Classes can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) will result in a class credit deduction
• No-shows will result in a full class credit deduction
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Membership and Payment Terms

Membership Plans:

• Monthly and annual membership options available
• All memberships auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days notice
• Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of medical necessity
• Membership can be frozen for up to 2 months per year

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Membership fees are billed on the same date each month/year
• Failed payments may result in account suspension
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes

6. Health and Safety Guidelines

Medical Clearance:

• All participants must obtain medical clearance before starting any yoga program
• You must inform instructors of any injuries, conditions, or limitations
• Pregnant participants require specialized clearance and modified practices
• We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning yoga

Studio Policies:

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins
• Remove shoes before entering the practice area
• Maintain respectful behavior toward all participants and staff
• Use props and equipment as instructed and return them properly
• Turn off mobile devices during meditation and practice

7. Online Class Terms

Technical Requirements:

• Stable internet connection required for online classes
• Compatible device with camera and microphone capabilities
• Private, safe space for practice recommended
• Yoga mat and props as specified for each class

Online Class Policies:

• Recording of classes is strictly prohibited
• Class links are personal and non-transferable
• Late entry may not be possible due to technical limitations
• Technical difficulties do not entitle refunds unless persistent
